121/365 – In the Wrong Place.
Things aren’t always in the right place.
We can’t always find them in the place we think they would be.
Things move around and play with us all the time: we don’t choose them, they choose us.
And so it happens that ideas are somewhere else than imagined. We plan and imagine something for a long time and then turn around to find out everything is different than planned. And this is, of course, a good thing!
Making mistakes, rethinking, realizing we don’t know something, getting it wrong, these are just a few of the best ways to get it right. Often best ideas are exactly where we would have never guessed and we could not have imagined.
We can always have an idea, a nice one, that’s the easy part. To get it right, to really make a difference, to emerge one way or another, we have to get it wrong; it is the only way to make sure we will once get it right. Almost.
