114/365 – Wooden Thoughts.

Just like wood, our thoughts should be strong and resistant but also flexible and adaptable.

Especially when working on ideas and new projects, there’s no point in standing where we believe is right and not move or change. We need to be able to adapt to what we find and change perspective, refresh our view of things and resist to those changes.

To resist isn’t only about going against something but most of the times the best way to resist is to welcome the disturbing point, to accompany it with all our body and mind and, finally, accept it for what it is.
Resisting to the forces that will bring us down to a still position, which is the only thing we want to avoid.

Keep it moving, slowly and gently, but keep it moving.
