51/365 – Never Alone.
Generating ideas can be hard, especially is it’s your job. Part of this blog is an exploration of how ideas come to life and one reflection I often do is about partnerships.
Finding the right people to create with is fundamental. The right person is almost never the one that agrees with everything or supports you only. It is a person who can challenge your assumption and add to your own ideas.
It’s a partner.
It’s someone who’s next to you when needed but knows how not to get in your way.
Someone who shows you a range of possibilities and makes you choose.
Someone who knows when to start and when to stop.
It’s not easy to find the right person neither keeping him or her close to you. So, pay attention and notice when that happens, when that very person shows up in your life and keep them close: make them your partners in crime.
