284/365 – Is 4:53am Too Early?
I’m a big believer in early mornings. I always loved to wake up early and start doing things before anybody else could call me or reach out in any way.
Here are a few reasons why I love that and find it effective in the creative process:
– nobody is awake or would call you at 5am, hence you have free and silent time
– the mind is empty and fresh and usually brings interesting thoughts
– you can get stuff done before anybody else is up and ready to look at it
– the sunrise can inspire and touch your soul in a way that can change your day AND any of your given ideas.
