210/365 – UpSide Down.
In order to create something new sometimes it is extremely useful to turn things upside down, to look at things from a different perspective, to find new angles. Sometimes, that doesn’t even come from you but from somebody else, and all you have to do is to make yourself available and ready to receive.
I look forward to a series of days of relaxation and reflection, on holiday but not on holiday because the brain never really stops working, at least mine. But I do look forward to turning my senses upside down from the routine and see what happens, especially with these posts and this process.
Refreshing our eyes and mind is essential and that’s basically what I am going to practice in the next couple of days.
Thanks for the pose, Matthew Bird!
