196/365 – Find The Balance.

If there’s one thing that’s relevant and essential in creating something, either every day or every now and then it’s finding the right balance.

A balance between effort and breaks, intensity and slowness, running and walking.

It is so essential that we tend to forget it: listening to our body, our heart, and our soul. Making sure we take into account what they are asking for, what they need in the moment and what they are trying to say.

Especially when doing the exercise of this blog on the weekends this thought comes to me more and more.
And I do want to listen to it, carefully.
