170/365 – Stay Up!
Doing one thing a day is a lot about learning how to stay up and don’t actually give up.
Part of this exercise is about observing our limits and see where I can get: limits help to understand where we should stop or, in this specific case, how to overcome them in a smart way. It is about building the conditions to be able to observe.
Another aspect has to do with the acting. Doing something helps get better at it or, at least, to learn about it. At least you are practising something, how to overcome barriers and difficulties, how to find a rhythm and break it, how to recognize the “right” thing and use it until you change it.
Staying up is essential, is the part we can’t do without, it’s the pre-condition to do anything, especially if every single day.
