163/365 – Test Everything First.
Something you want to be working when is the right moment is the technology you need to use. We still test all the markers we use way before using them, to make sure we have what we need and it’s working properly.
It’s the same with any kind of project: everything needs to work the right way to make you successful. Can you imagine trying to make a video and having the camera not working? Or starting an illustration and the pen doesn’t write or is in the wrong colour?
Now, there are upsides in that too, in the mistake or loss of the moment, you can find suddenly new solutions or ideas or just meet the result without too much of an effort. But being clear and sure about your tools can help you get to the point of not worrying about anything else then your act of creation, which is most of the times your main goal.
