158/365 – Unexpected Beauty.
I used to hate grey skies and rainy days.
I used to change my mood and my approach to the day based on the weather and specifically based on the colour of the sky. Shades of grey have always made me feel weak and sad as if my only way was the sun and a clear sky.
It isn’t the case anymore. Things change, we change, our mood and taste change: nothing remains the same. This can be an interesting trigger in our creative process.
Beauty is often in unexpected places and we can find it where we would have never expected to find it. Again, the only thing we have to do is to be open, look for a new opportunity and accept what comes. Creativity is often about listening to the voice we never pay attention to as well as playing the game of which we don’t know the rules yet.
It is by letting go our convictions and our beliefs that we can find what the grey sky can hide, the beauty that resides in it, the new message that comes with it.
