Yes, it ain’t easy. Sometimes creating is a real challenge and we face it with all of us. That’s when all other tools and suggestions come our way and show us possible solutions and options; that’s when we need to bring ourselves together and make even just one, single, little but significant effort.
Our feelings affect our behaviours and our actions and there’s nothing harder than doing something when your energies aren’t there. Accept it, enjoy it, embrace it, hold it, let it go, challenge it.
