136/365 – Where Do You Want To Be?
Part of the practice is to find new ways, new paths, new insights and that’s something we should be trying every day.
I find useful and necessary for me to be part of the ones who are trying something new without questioning too much about what will happen and why and when. I don’t want to be well equipped for a future I already know, I want to build the future I will be in.
And so it is practicing something every day. Every day is a new solution, a new tentative in finding what works and what doesn’t, for you and for the context.
Every day is a challenge you want to overcome and need to find a way to do so.
What’s interesting is that just moving we keep our brain and functions alive. I’m not suggesting we should all do something every day, I’m just trying to ignite a sense of wanting to do and understanding that is possible for all of us. The context, the objective, and the result might be different for each of us, but the concept is the same: change is a condition we need to find ourselves into quite often to make sure we don’t just stay behind living with what is no longer existing.
